Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee a major contracted-services account with a significant revenue stream. The successful candidate will be tasked with uniting a team under a shared growth and operations platform, driving improvements in operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and client retention. This leadership role requires a focus on operational excellence, the development of innovative services and solutions, and close collaboration with both internal and external partners. The VPO will be responsible for the overall strategy, priorities, and direction of operations within the area, and must be prepared to manage all facets of the business, including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service, with full P&L accountability. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 10-12 years' experience in general management with a strong background in the food, facilities, or retail service sector. The role demands a proven track record in leadership, client relationship management, and the ability to drive new sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer service.
