The Company is seeking a European Head of M&A for Renewables to spearhead the acquisition and divestment activities across multiple countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a 3 to 5-year regional/international M&A strategy, with a focus on securing a multi-GW late-stage or operational portfolio. This pivotal role involves leading the entire M&A process, from origination to closing, and requires the ability to establish and manage relationships with various stakeholders, including banks, brokers, consultancies, funds, and developers. The Head of M&A will also be instrumental in leading and growing a high-performing team, and the position offers a strong opportunity for progression into executive management functions. Applicants for the Head of M&A position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years' experience in leading M&A transactions for utility-scale renewable energy assets.
