The Interim Head of M&A will be expected to lead multiple bolt-on acquisitions, prioritize the target pipeline, and engage with business owners, management teams, and intermediaries. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and investment case preparation skills are essential, as is the ability to coordinate and manage all aspects of the M&A process. The ideal candidate for the Interim Head of M&A position at the company will have a strong background in due diligence, deal structuring, and SPA negotiations. Experience in post-merger integration and the development of 100-day plans is also required.
