The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of HBB & B2B Planning with a strong background in telecommunications network planning and engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, establishing divisional KPIs, and managing the division's budget to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Key activities include HBB and B2B network planning and solutions, capturing business requirements, and aligning with internal and external stakeholders to deliver competitive and operationally efficient solutions. The role also involves team management, where the VP will be expected to develop and mentor team members, monitor performance, and work with HR to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a professional certification in network engineering, and at least 5 years' of experience in telecommunications network planning and engineering. A strong understanding of FTTH and FWA technologies, B2B business and solutions, and industry standards is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in multiple business units, experience in capacity planning, and performance optimization for broadband networks, as well as hands-on experience with cost estimation and budgeting for large-scale network projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and a strategic approach to the end-to-end demand lifecycle process.
