Vice President, RFP Management

Remote (anywhere in New York)
The Company is in search of a Vice President to lead its North America RFP function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a regional team that oversees proposal activities to support capital raising, consultant engagement, and investor communications. This role demands a combination of leadership, project management, and content expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality submissions that align with business priorities. The Vice President will also be a key partner to investment, distribution, and client-facing teams, working to enhance the overall effectiveness of the proposal process. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include overseeing the preparation and delivery of various proposal documents, refining content for accuracy and consistency, and maintaining proposal content repositories. The role requires a strategic approach to streamlining workflows, strengthening content governance, and enhancing submission quality. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with professional credentials such as CFA, CAIA, IMC, or FINRA licenses being a plus. A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in a client-facing role within financial services, with at least 5 years in proposal management, is essential. The candidate should have a strong understanding of institutional investment clients, experience with RFP technologies, and outstanding written communication skills.
