Fundraising Trustee (Board-level role)

The Company is seeking a Fundraising Trustee to join its Board and play a pivotal role in advancing its localization strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and co-managing a new Fundraising Officer in Rwanda, with a focus on building in-country fundraising capacity. This is a key position that aligns with the organization's mission to empower local teams and reduce reliance on international volunteers. The role involves working closely with the Fundraising and Marketing Subcommittee, contributing to the development of a new fundraising strategy, and ensuring that the Rwandan staff can independently raise funds to support their projects.
