Executive Director, Embedded Banking

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Embedded Banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the company's embedded banking and pay products, which are designed to enable platforms to offer managed financial services to their end users with minimal overhead. This role involves strategic planning, P&L management, prioritization, go-to-market activities, and overseeing day-to-day operations. The Executive Director will also be tasked with developing a deep understanding of client and partner businesses, as well as the needs of end users, and will lead cross-functional teams internally to ensure successful execution. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a strong background in embedded banking or related financial technology. The role requires a focus on client and partner relationships, as well as the ability to lead and coordinate various internal functions such as product, marketing, sales, customer success, risk, compliance, legal, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a similar capacity and must be adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
