Head of Electrical Substation Production

The Company is a prominent international group involved in the development and execution of large energy infrastructure projects, with a significant presence in the national and international markets. They are currently in search of a Production Manager for Electrical Substations to join their construction team. The successful candidate will be tasked with the execution and monitoring of electrical substation construction projects, including active participation in planning, coordination, and supervision of fieldwork. This role requires close collaboration with the Project Contract Manager, overseeing various subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, cost, and deadline standards. Applicants for this position should have a background in electrical engineering, civil engineering, mining engineering, architectural technology, or related technical degrees. A minimum of 2-4 years' of experience in construction projects, particularly in the areas of electrical infrastructure, energy, or industrial construction, is essential. Technical skills should include knowledge of civil works and electrical installation, proficiency in AutoCAD, and an advanced user level of Microsoft Office. Experience with project management tools and training in Occupational Risk Prevention are advantageous. The role demands a professional with a strong interest in the use of AI tools for project management and process optimization, and the ability to work on complex technical projects with a high level of responsibility.
