Head of Strategy

The Company is in search of a Head of Strategy to spearhead the development and execution of its strategic initiatives and performance framework. This pivotal role involves translating the organization's leadership priorities into clear and measurable strategic programs, KPIs, and governance mechanisms. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the refinement and implementation of the organization's strategy, monitoring strategic initiatives, and identifying performance gaps and risks. Key tasks include developing strategic analyses, executive presentations, and decision papers, as well as conducting research to identify relevant trends. The Head of Strategy will also work closely with external stakeholders, including government entities, healthcare authorities, and academic institutions, to support the development of strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate for the Head of Strategy position at the company will have approximately 8+ years' of experience in strategy, planning, performance management, transformation, consulting, policy, or program delivery. Strong experience in establishing KPIs, performance frameworks, and governance processes is essential, with a preference for those with exposure to the UAE government or public sector, particularly in the healthcare domain. The role requires a professional with strong senior stakeholder management and partnership development capabilities, as well as the ability to operate effectively within a fast-moving organization. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is strongly preferred, and the candidate should be adept at executive communication, research, and analysis.
