President

The Company is in search of a President to serve as the senior executive responsible for the hospital's overall operational, clinical, and financial performance. The successful candidate will be expected to provide visible, hands-on leadership across a broad and complex operating platform, and to be fully present and deeply engaged in the life of the organization and the community. This role requires an experienced hospital operator who is energized by the day-to-day work of running a hospital and is prepared to tackle operational challenges with a proactive and dynamic approach. The President will have a direct leadership structure that includes the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Director of Clinical Support Operations, and Director of Foundation and Volunteer Services. Through these leaders, the President will have oversight of various essential hospital functions, including hospital operations, nursing, medical staff relationships, clinical support, care logistics, facilities, environmental services, food and nutrition services, and guest services. The ideal candidate for this position at the company will be a strategic and effective leader, with a strong background in healthcare management and a deep understanding of the industry. A focus on quality patient care, staff development, and community engagement is essential.
