The Company is seeking an SVP Director of Engagement Strategy to be a visionary leader in driving business growth through the development and implementation of innovative engagement strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering successful projects, acquiring new accounts, and fostering departmental excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term and long-term goals, and a proven track record in leading and mentoring teams. The SVP Director will also be expected to interface with senior clients and agency leadership, represent the company at various events, and contribute to thought leadership in the industry. Applicants for the SVP Director of Engagement Strategy position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with at least 13 years of experience in healthcare marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as is experience with brainstorming software and online collaboration platforms. The role demands exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present in high-pressure situations. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative and constructive working style, strong active listening skills, and a proven ability to lead teams with unwavering personal integrity. Strategic thinking, the ability to manage shifting responsibilities, and a focus on driving business outcomes are also key requirements for this leadership position.
