Vice President, Data Center Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Data Center Operations. The successful candidate will be a key executive leader, driving growth, operational excellence, and financial performance across the data center business. This role is pivotal in providing strategic and operational direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient services to clients. The Vice President will be responsible for overall revenue growth, profitability, and client relationships, and will work closely with various teams to align resources and execute the go-to-market strategy. Essential functions include leading and developing large teams, establishing operating standards, and fostering a strong safety culture. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 12 years' in a related field, with a strong preference for those with a background in data center or mission-critical facilities. The role requires a proven track record in P&L management, project and service delivery, and client-facing sales.
