Greater Atlanta, GA Area (Hybrid)
The Company is in search of a Real Assets Consultant, VP to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the lead or back-up consultant for multiple client relationships, with a focus on real estate, infrastructure, farmland, and timberland. This role involves strategic planning, plan implementation, performance evaluation, and research and education within the real assets class. The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of the real asset capital markets, the ability to communicate effectively, and a proven track record in client relationship management and business development. A strong emphasis is placed on the ability to work in a team, manage multiple projects, and contribute to the firm's research and thought leadership initiatives. Applicants for the Real Assets Consultant, VP position at the company should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive, with a strong emphasis on teamwork. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree (graduate degree preferred) and a CFA or CAIA designation, or progress toward one or both. The candidate should be passionate about learning, have a fantastic sense of humor, and be willing to travel.
