The Company is in search of a Head of Business Intelligence for its commercial sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic use of data and analytics to drive business growth and operational improvement. This pivotal role involves working closely with senior management and key business functions to transform complex data into actionable insights, support decision-making, and identify opportunities. The Head of Business Intelligence will be tasked with developing and executing the BI and data analytics strategy, leading the development of various BI tools, and ensuring the effective use of data across the organization. A strong background in business intelligence, data analytics, and a proven track record of leading BI functions within a large, complex organization are essential. Applicants for the Head of Business Intelligence position at the company should hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related areas. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of business strategy, the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions, and experience with BI and data visualization tools. Knowledge of data warehouse concepts, SQL, and analytics platforms is necessary, with experience in cloud data platforms and modern data architecture being highly desirable.
