Head of Business Data & Analytics

The Company is seeking a Head of Business Data and Analytics to lead the strategic use of data across the business. The role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to turn complex data and business needs into actionable insights, supporting decisions, growth, and operational improvement. Responsibilities include leading and developing analytics and business intelligence teams, setting priorities and delivery standards, and building capabilities across analytics, data engineering, and reporting. The successful candidate will communicate findings to executive stakeholders and foster data literacy, collaboration, and evidence-based decision-making. Candidates should hold a degree in analytics, computer science, information systems, statistics, engineering, business analytics, or a related field, and bring at least 15 years of relevant experience, including significant leadership experience. They should have a record of leading analytics initiatives in multinational or complex environments, developing analytics strategies, governance frameworks, and enterprise reporting solutions. Strong knowledge of commercial analytics, BI and visualization tools, SQL, data modeling, data warehousing, and modern data platforms is required. Excellent strategic, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills are essential, along with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions and measurable outcomes; strong English is required, while Thai is an advantage.
