The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Portfolio Management and Data Analytics within its SME Banking Risk Analytics Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering decision-ready analytics to reduce risk and enhance risk-adjusted returns. This role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to influence portfolio and risk-based strategies. Key responsibilities include managing and preparing data for analytical assessment, developing deep-dive analytics to identify trends, and deploying early warning signals to prevent delinquencies. The role also involves aligning risk parameters with business strategy and regulatory requirements, generating performance reports, and collaborating with IT teams to enhance data mart and support system improvements. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in a quantitative field and 5-8 years of experience in credit risk analytics, portfolio management, or risk modeling, preferably within SME or retail banking. A strong analytical mindset, proficiency in analytical and visualization tools, and a good understanding of credit risk concepts and regulatory requirements in banking are essential. The role demands excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, have a can-do attitude, and possess strong interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
