The Company is seeking an AFC Control Operations Lead - Associate Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of AFC Control Operations in the implementation of the AFC control agenda, operating standards, and governance routines. This includes coordinating day-to-day control activities, monitoring key control indicators, and maintaining control procedures to ensure consistent execution. The role also involves post-execution quality control, risk identification, and remediation, as well as data reporting and control enhancement. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, relevant experience in AML or AFC operations, and strong practical knowledge of CDD/KYC and related processes. Applicants for the AFC Control Operations Lead - Associate Vice President position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with additional AML, compliance, audit, or risk certification being advantageous. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in AML or AFC operations, particularly in source of wealth assessment, quality control, and business risk and control management. The candidate must have strong analytical, quality-review, and problem-solving skills, as well as effective stakeholder management and communication abilities. Responsibilities also include coordinating operational support for various internal and external reviews, monitoring and remediating risks, and supporting the development of control enhancement solutions.
