This includes overseeing gold procurement, logistics, and inventory management, as well as establishing effective risk management and hedging strategies. The role also involves driving innovation in digital gold savings, alternative assets, and fintech products, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance the company's financial ecosystem. Applicants must have a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline and more than 20 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in a senior executive role. Key requirements include a strong understanding of consumer lending, financial services, and retail operations, as well as a demonstrated ability to manage a large-scale business with significant investment portfolios or sales turnover.
