The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The successful candidate will have full ownership of all financial activities, including leading and developing a small finance team, and will be responsible for the day-to-day operational finance function such as reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, controls, and compliance. The CFO will also act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, shaping the financial roadmap of the company, and will play a central role in an upcoming funding round, supporting investor engagement, due diligence, and financial modeling. This role requires a hands-on finance leader with 15-20 years' of experience, ideally in an SME environment, and a background in medical devices, life sciences, or other technical, regulated, or product-led industries. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at both strategic and transactional levels and have experience in fundraising, investor relations, or corporate finance processes. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this position. The CFO will also be expected to lead the preparation and delivery of Board-level reporting and presentations and must be a genuine strategic partner to the CEO and Board.
