The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its team. The CFO will be a key executive, directly involved with the CEO, Board, and investment partners, and will be responsible for leading the financial strategy in line with the business plan and shareholders' investment objectives. This hands-on role requires a leader who can provide the financial discipline and governance expected in an investment-backed environment, and who is capable of scaling the business and supporting its long-term value creation plan. The CFO will also be involved in treasury and financing, investment and performance analysis, and will oversee accounting, tax, and internal control activities. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have significant professional experience in corporate finance, with a proven track record in a senior financial leadership role, particularly within a company backed by private equity, infrastructure funds, or other institutional investors. A strong understanding of financial governance, value creation plans, and investment decision-making is essential. The role demands a leader with solid experience in business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, as well as a strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, internal controls, and financial systems. Experience in a capital-intensive, infrastructure, logistics, real estate, or asset-based business is highly valuable, and exposure to high-growth, international, or multi-country environments is an advantage. The candidate should be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong analytical skills, and a hands-on, collaborative leadership style.
