Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in strategic finance, international business financial management, and capital management. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the formulation of company strategy, building a value-creation-oriented financial management system, and providing the Board of Directors and management team with operational analysis and financial insights. The CFO will also oversee the group's overall capital management system, lead financing planning, and establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions. Additionally, the role involves supporting the company's international development, including cross-border capital management, and providing financial advice for international business. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record as a CFO or in a core financial management role within an A-share listed company. Experience in international or overseas business financial management, as well as in financing and capital management, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in business-finance integration, operational analysis, and be familiar with cross-border capital management and foreign exchange risk.
