Chief Operating Officer (COO), Logistics Operations

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for its logistics operations. The successful candidate will be a key member of the core executive team, directly involved in the company's management and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include developing and implementing national logistics operation plans, overseeing all aspects of logistics operation management, optimizing the logistics network, and enhancing customer service and operational efficiency. The COO will also be tasked with establishing and refining the operational management system, driving cost control, and leading the team in supply chain solution innovation. Collaboration with sales, finance, investment, and strategy teams is essential, as is the support of international business and the development of a cross-border logistics network. Applicants for the COO position should have a Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related fields. A minimum of 15 years' experience in the logistics industry is required, including at least 5 years in a senior executive or operational leadership role within a large logistics company. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive logistics, supply chain logistics, third-party logistics, or a comprehensive logistics group, and be well-versed in national transportation network planning, capacity management, warehousing operations, and supply chain business models. Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with a focus on the new energy vehicle supply chain, and a background in a listed company or large private group are also advantageous. The role demands a professional with strong strategic thinking, organizational leadership, and cross-departmental collaboration skills, who is adaptable to the evolving business landscape and willing to travel as necessary.
