Head of Investments

The Company is seeking a Head of Investments, Senior Investment Manager, and Investment Manager to join a newly formed investment team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering a pipeline of commercial, residential, and mixed-use development opportunities that align with the region's economic, housing, and growth priorities. This includes taking end-to-end ownership of transactions, leading the structuring of complex development finance packages, and building relationships with a range of stakeholders. The roles offer a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of public and private capital, with a focus on structuring and executing funding solutions that have a visible, long-term positive impact on the region. The ideal candidates will be commercially minded investment and funding professionals with a strong background in real estate development finance. The Head of Investments will be the most senior appointment, bringing significant investment experience and a proven track record in leading teams and overseeing complex transactions. The Senior Investment Manager and Investment Manager will also be expected to have strong transaction experience, the ability to operate effectively in complex stakeholder environments, and a good understanding of real estate development and investment risks. The roles require individuals who are adept at financial analysis, underwriting, and managing relationships with investors and senior stakeholders. Experience in mentoring and developing junior colleagues is also advantageous.
