The Company is seeking a Head of Industry with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and organizational performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for the functional management of the entire industrial ecosystem, including the deployment of industrial strategy and the management of human, financial, and physical resources. Key responsibilities for the Head of Industry include ensuring the industrialization of new products, meeting quality, time, and cost expectations in internal manufacturing, and managing the introduction of digital industrial technologies. The role also involves cost center management, influencing peer networks, and strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. The Head of Industry will be a key player in the introduction and management of change, as well as the development of a continuous improvement culture. This role requires a candidate with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior operational role, a degree in a relevant engineering or manufacturing discipline, and a strong background in complex industrial activities and supply chains. Essential skills include effective management of industrial activities, a strong understanding of lean principles and Industry 4.0, and the ability to lead and develop diverse teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in the full product lifecycle, particularly in a defense manufacturing environment, and a proven track record in change management. Desirable qualifications include green belt certification, APICS certification, and an MBA or DMS. The Head of Industry will be expected to think big, make it happen, and work together with the team to achieve the company's industrial goals.
