Head of Supply Chain

The Company is seeking a Supply Chain Director with a strong background in FMCG or a similar complex manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, planning, and logistics, with a focus on driving operational efficiencies and supporting the business through growth and development. Key responsibilities for the role include leading the procurement of production inputs, developing and managing strategic supplier relationships, owning the demand and supply planning process, and taking overall responsibility for warehousing and inventory management. The role also involves establishing a clear supply chain strategy aligned with the company's growth plans and introducing robust KPIs and performance reporting. Applicants for the Supply Chain Director position at the company should have significant senior-level supply chain leadership experience, a proven track record of end-to-end responsibility in supply chain functions, and a strong understanding of manufacturing supply chains. The ideal candidate will have experience in supplying major retail customers or significant food service and co-manufacturing customers, as well as a strong commercial understanding that includes procurement, cost control, and working capital.
