Vice President of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the HR function through a critical phase of growth and organizational development. This high-impact leadership role involves shaping HR strategy, culture, and workforce, and requires close partnership with senior operational leadership. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing a high-performing people function, strengthening organizational capability, and supporting the business through expansion and transformation. Key responsibilities include significant senior HR leadership within manufacturing, strong HR business partnering, deep employee and industrial relations expertise, proven trade union and collective bargaining experience, and a strong knowledge of UK employment law.
