Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and operational optimization. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to gain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business, from production and logistics to sales and project follow-up. This knowledge will be instrumental in managing and enhancing the overall operation, with a long-term vision of eventually taking over the CEO position. The COO will be responsible for both operational and strategic leadership, focusing on internal process optimization, and translating market opportunities into efficient internal flows. Additionally, the role involves being a sounding board and sparring partner for the CEO, managing internal teams in a coaching and motivating manner, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Applicants for the COO position at the company should be versatile managers with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a higher education degree, at least 5-8 years' of relevant management experience, and a background in the construction sector.
