Managing Director

The Company is in search of a Managing Director to lead the operational and business activities of a large production facility. The successful candidate will be tasked with the full responsibility of the local P&L, ensuring the achievement of targeted business results, and managing the organization's operations to support its continued development. This pivotal role demands a leader who can effectively combine business, technical, and operational perspectives, and who is capable of developing teams, and building a culture of collaboration to meet ambitious business goals. As the Managing Director, you will oversee a range of functions including production, project management, supply chain, purchasing, engineering, sales administration, and health and safety. Key responsibilities also include implementing and monitoring KPIs, identifying and implementing initiatives to increase productivity and quality, and supporting the organization in change and operational improvement processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in a senior management role within a similar industry, with a proven track record in P&L management, a strong understanding of production, design, and operational processes, and experience in increasing organizational efficiency. High communication skills, the ability to resolve conflicts, and a proactive, assertive, and goal-oriented approach are essential, as is fluency in English.
