Investment Banking Vice President, Business Services, M&A

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to join its Business Services group. This client-facing, leadership role is pivotal in driving M&A transactions from origination to close, with a focus on both sell-side and buy-side activities. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, oversee financial modeling and valuation analyses, prepare marketing materials, and manage all aspects of the deal process. A key aspect of the role is the expectation to lead and mentor junior team members, as well as to actively participate in business development and pitch activities within the sector. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a background in investment banking, with a preference for those with prior VP experience or Senior Associates ready to step into a VP role. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in M&A, particularly in sell-side leadership, and possess advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
