Managing Director, Investment Banking

The Company is in search of a Managing Director for its M&A advisory practice. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving business development, maintaining senior client relationships, and leading transaction execution teams. Key responsibilities include originating and developing new client relationships within the middle market, leading various types of engagements, serving as the primary advisor to business stakeholders, and managing the full transaction process. The role also involves mentoring and developing junior team members, as well as collaborating with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance, with a proven track record in transaction execution and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be a current Managing Director, Director, Senior Vice President, or a highly commercial Vice President ready for promotion, and should demonstrate the ability to originate and win new business opportunities. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to lead middle-market M&A transactions from inception to completion. A Bachelor's degree is required, and advanced credentials such as an MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are a plus.
