The Company is in search of a Vice President of Accounting to lead its core accounting operations and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, supporting external financial reporting, driving strong internal controls, and leading technical accounting initiatives. This role requires a collaborative leader with a passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and team development. Key responsibilities include managing the accounting team, maintaining GAAP-compliant financial reporting, establishing and enhancing internal controls, and coordinating both internal and external audits. The VP of Accounting will also be involved in process automation, system enhancements, and will partner with cross-functional teams to support financial systems implementations. Applicants for the VP of Accounting position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a CPA designation, and at least 15 years of progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
