Head of Judicial Recovery

The Company is in search of a Head of Judicial Recovery to spearhead a strategic area within the expanding legal sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the evolution of the judicial and extrajudicial recovery area, ensuring technical excellence, and promoting team development and quality in deliverables. This role demands a leader who can conduct highly complex recovery, insolvency, and business restructuring processes, and who is adept at leading negotiations and mediations with various stakeholders. The Head of Judicial Recovery will also be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary projects, developing performance indicators, and strengthening relationships with strategic clients to support the growth and positioning of the practice in the market. Applicants for the Head of Judicial Recovery position at the company should hold a law degree with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), and a postgraduate degree or specialization in business recovery, insolvency, or restructuring is desirable. A solid background in judicial and extrajudicial recovery, business restructuring, and insolvency, particularly with experience in complex negotiations and processes with high economic impact, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong knowledge of corporate law, credit instruments, and negotiation practices, and experience with agribusiness companies is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record of leading teams, managing multidisciplinary projects, and possess a strategic, resilient, and results-oriented profile, with advanced English language skills.
