The role also involves defining and executing commercial strategies, building and maintaining relationships with strategic clients and partners, and working with global teams to adapt strategies to the needs of the region. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or postgraduate degree considered a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive leadership with direct P&L responsibility, significant experience in the Brazilian and Mexican markets, and a background in industrial sectors such as automation, infrastructure, energy, or manufacturing.
