Associate General Counsel

The Company is seeking an Associate General Counsel with a strong background in technology and commercial transactions, particularly in the SaaS space. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in this field, with a focus on drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, customer contracts, MSAs, licensing agreements, vendor/supplier agreements, and NDAs. Strategic guidance on contract structure, risk allocation, pricing terms, and compliance matters is also a key responsibility. The role involves ensuring that contracts are in line with new product launches and enhancements, as well as addressing legal issues related to consumer credit, financial services, and consumer protection laws. Applicants for the Associate General Counsel position at the company should be well-versed in GLBA, CCPA, TCPA, and FCRA, and have a solid understanding of how these regulations impact commercial transactions.
