Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Loan Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or CFA preferred. A minimum of 12 years' progressive experience in loan operations, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles, is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of syndicated loans, private credit, and bilateral lending processes, as well as a proven track record of managing global teams and driving operational improvements. Strong project management skills, experience with system implementations, and exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential. The role also requires experience with automation tools and systems, and the ability to contribute to strategic direction through governance committees and initiatives.
