The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President - Service to lead the strategic and operational excellence of its service-related business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for the national service network, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and value creation. This critical role involves aligning service offerings with customer expectations, operational standards, and company growth objectives. The EVP will lead and manage all service verticals, develop and implement national strategies and best practices, and ensure compliance with operational KPIs, safety protocols, and margin targets. Key performance metrics include service gross margin, technician utilization and efficiency, customer satisfaction and retention, and on-time service delivery. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' senior leadership experience in service operations, with a preference for those in electrical, HVAC, or building systems industries. A proven track record in managing large, geographically distributed teams, a deep understanding of operational KPIs, and experience with enterprise service software platforms are essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving accountability and performance through data-driven insights. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
