Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of improving the health of the community. The CEO will be responsible for external leadership, vision, and advocacy, serving as the most visible public voice and principal relationship builder across various sectors. This role demands a leader who can shape a clear, compelling vision for advancing health equity, bring together diverse partners, and elevate the organization's presence nationally. Strategic and organizational leadership are also key, with the CEO expected to set and refine the company's strategic direction, ensure its priorities are responsive to the changing landscape, and foster a culture of innovation, learning, and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have substantial senior executive experience in a complex, mission-driven institution, a proven track record in managing significant budgets and governance structures, and a genuine understanding of how to deploy philanthropic capital responsibly. They should be adept at leading through a politically charged environment, with a focus on systems-level change and coalition building. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, holding full executive accountability for the company's strategy, operations, and culture. Personal attributes of the ideal candidate include being authentic, trustworthy, values-driven, and grounded in purpose, with excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a passion for advancing equitable outcomes. A Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of management and leadership experience are required, along with a valid driver's license.
