Executive Director

The Company is in search of an Executive Director with a deep and active Christian faith, who is spiritually mature, mission-aligned, and capable of leading with humility, integrity, and grace. The successful candidate will be a steady and trustworthy leader, experienced in leading senior or departmental leaders, and will be responsible for overseeing a leadership team and a significant number of employees and volunteers. This role demands a relational fundraiser who is a passionate pro-life advocate, able to provide energetic guidance and advocacy for pro-life work at both the organizational and community levels. The Executive Director will also be a healthy board partner, building a strong relationship with the Board of Directors, and a bridge builder for faith and care, ensuring that the organization's Christian ministry identity is integrated with its compassionate, trauma-informed, and non-coercive care. The ideal Executive Director for the company will be a leader who can honor the organization's legacy, value the expertise of the team, and help move the ministry forward with shared purpose and renewed confidence. They must be a bridge builder, capable of translating theological conviction into daily practice, and creating shared expectations for how spiritual support, client consent, clinical standards, and professional boundaries work together. The role is not just about maintaining the status quo but about bringing greater clarity to organizational priorities, leadership responsibilities, communication, and fundraising. The Executive Director will be the public face of the organization, representing it with wisdom and conviction in a complex political and cultural environment, and will work closely with national affiliates and local pro-life and pregnancy resource center coalitions.
