Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its senior living community with a focus on transformative culture and servant-leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations, including team member relations, resident and family services, financial management, and regulatory compliance. This role demands a leader with a high business acumen, experience in senior living, and a passion for working with seniors. The Executive Director will be expected to maintain a daily presence in the community, ensure the physical plant is in top condition, and foster a vibrant, caring environment for both residents and staff. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' of experience in a similar role within a senior living environment.
