The Company is seeking a Vice President, Client Success for North America Financial Institutions. This senior leadership role is pivotal in leading the client experience and post-sale relationship strategy for a diverse portfolio, including Super Regional and Regional Financial Institutions, Sponsor Banks, and DPS clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for client success outcomes, operational performance, solution adoption, and value realization. This includes overseeing the end-to-end post-sale experience, from onboarding to retention, and serving as an executive sponsor and trusted partner for senior client stakeholders. The role also involves aligning cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client outcomes and championing the company's global client success transformation. Applicants for the Vice President, Client Success role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' work experience, with a preference for those with over 15 years in payments, financial services, technology, consulting, or a related industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including issuer processing, authorization, clearing, connectivity, and settlement. Strong leadership skills are essential, with a proven track record in managing executive client relationships and leading client-facing organizations. The role requires a leader with strong financial acumen, business judgment, and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders. Experience in leading transformation and a working knowledge of AI concepts that can create value for clients are also key qualifications.
