Head of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Head of Human Resources to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the HR function in alignment with the organization's strategy and values. This includes the development and implementation of HR and internal communications strategies, as well as acting as a trusted strategic advisor on workforce and organizational risk. The role also involves contributing to organizational planning, service development, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices. Applicants for the Head of HR position at the company should have a relevant degree and/or professional qualification in HR, employment, or a related discipline, along with senior HR leadership experience in a complex, regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizational change, culture, and transformation, and strong expertise in employee and industrial relations. Experience in the non-profit, charitable, or related sector is a strong advantage. The role requires a leader with high levels of integrity, and sound, values-based leadership, who can promote a positive, inclusive culture that supports engagement and continuous improvement. Responsibilities also include managing recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, and retention initiatives, as well as the development and implementation of learning, development, and mentoring programs.
