Vice President, Integration Development

The Company is seeking a VP Integration Developer to play a pivotal role in a global HR technology program. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting integration flows using SAP CPI and SAP Integration Suite, with a focus on connecting various enterprise systems. This includes the development and maintenance of REST APIs, SOAP web services, OData integrations, and secure SFTP interfaces. The role also involves modernizing legacy integration patterns into API-led designs, building resilience layers for integrations, and working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Applicants for the VP Integration Developer position at the company should have a strong background in SAP CPI and SAP Integration Suite, with hands-on experience in iFlows, mappings, routing, and exception handling. A proven track record in integrating SAP SuccessFactors and developing secure integrations with cloud data platforms is essential.
