Head of ICT Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure

The Company is seeking a Head of ICT Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure to lead cloud, infrastructure, and end-user computing engineering functions. The role sets strategy and oversees operations across enterprise cloud platforms, data centres, and virtual desktop environments, with responsibility for governance, resilience, service performance, and cost management. The successful candidate will lead specialist teams, drive infrastructure modernisation and disaster recovery readiness, and oversee service providers and service-level performance. They will also advise executive leadership and translate operational needs into practical technology roadmaps. Candidates should have senior leadership experience across cloud, data centre, and end-user computing or virtual desktop environments, ideally in regulated, public-sector, or enterprise-scale settings. A track record delivering large-scale cloud migrations, infrastructure modernisation, or desktop transformation is required, along with knowledge of operational resilience, cybersecurity, identity governance, and financial management of cloud services. Strong communication, people leadership, supplier management, and collaborative decision-making skills are essential. A third-level qualification in computer science, IT, engineering, or equivalent practical experience is required; relevant certifications in cloud, virtualisation, virtual desktop infrastructure, or IT governance and architecture are advantageous.
