Vice President, Global Head of Client Solutions, Client Reporting Services

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead its global client solutions function for client reporting services. The role oversees day-to-day operations across North America and EMEA, including a team of more than 10 professionals, and ensures client inquiries are resolved effectively. Responsibilities include clarifying client requirements, coordinating with reporting production teams, and maintaining strong service quality, risk management, and operational controls. The successful candidate will help shape and implement a consistent, scalable operating model, identify improvements through automation and workflow optimization, and partner with client-facing, operations, and technology teams to enhance the reporting experience. Candidates should have significant experience in asset management, client reporting, client servicing, or related financial services operations, including leading teams and managing complex operations. Experience coordinating client reporting requirements across client-facing and production teams is important, as is a record of improving processes, controls, and service delivery. The role calls for strong operational management, client focus, risk awareness, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
