The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Western Kentucky Chapter. The successful candidate will serve as the primary community-facing leader, representing the organization and leading collaborative chapter planning. This role involves strategic relationship management, particularly with local elected officials and key community leaders, and is pivotal in achieving regional program, revenue, and community engagement goals. The Executive Director will also be responsible for board governance and development, as well as leading a team of community volunteer leaders. A key aspect of the position is to ensure the delivery of core services, and the deployment of secondary services to strengthen community resilience, and to improve equity of access to the company's services. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience. The role requires a professional with the ability to work on a team, and who is innovative, and enthusiastic. Experience in fundraising, and a proven track record of meeting revenue targets, is essential. The ideal candidate will have established connections within the community and the ability to influence and engage in philanthropic activities. The Executive Director will be expected to travel and participate in meetings and conferences as needed.
