This role involves deputizing for the Principal when necessary and leading learning through high standards of teaching and learning. The Vice-Principal will also be involved in school development planning, evaluation, and staff development, as well as curriculum coordination, assessment, and promoting positive behavior. Applicants for the Vice-Principal position at the company must hold a teaching qualification recognized for grant-aided schools in Northern Ireland and have a minimum of 7 years' teaching experience, with a focus on special educational needs. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in strategic leadership, management, and a proven track record of school improvement. Essential skills include the ability to lead and manage staff, create a vision for the school, and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
