The Company is seeking an Executive Director for University Compliance and Graduate School Conduct. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of the non-Title IX compliance framework, ensuring a safe, respectful, and legally compliant campus environment. This role involves overseeing policies and processes related to general discrimination and harassment, graduate student conduct, hazing prevention, and alcohol and drug education. The Executive Director will also be a primary resource for the university community, maintaining student handbooks and compliance records, and developing training programs. Collaboration with various university partners is essential to ensure consistent and effective compliance practices. Applicants must have a master's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years' of experience in higher education compliance or a related area. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills are required, as is the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a mature Christian faith and a commitment to the values of the institution, including the integration of faith and learning. The role demands a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and a commitment to the holistic development of students. The Executive Director should be approachable, supportive, and maintain neutrality and procedural fairness in all formal processes.
