Head of SAP Department, S/4HANA

The Company is seeking a Head of SAP Department with a focus on S/4HANA migration. This key leadership role involves the technical and disciplinary management of a team of in-house SAP professionals, including consultants, developers, Basis administrators, and EDI integration specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the SAP strategy in alignment with the company's overall strategy, as well as for the operation, further development, and optimization of wholesale processes in SAP S/4HANA MM and SD. Innovation management is also a critical aspect of the position, with a focus on the development of modern, cloud-based integration solutions that incorporate automation, AI, and Fiori technologies. Applicants for the Head of SAP Department position at the company should have a completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable field, with several years' of experience in SAP consulting and development, particularly in the MM and SD modules. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is advantageous. The role requires at least five years' of leadership experience, a structured and solution-oriented work style, and excellent communication and motivational skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong sense of personal responsibility, and possess excellent German and good English language skills.
