Head of Legal, Manufacturing

The Company is seeking an experienced Head of Legal to join their team. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic legal advisor to the leadership, with a focus on developing and implementing group-wide legal, compliance, and risk management frameworks. This role involves leading major transactions, providing guidance on corporate governance, and overseeing dispute resolution and regulatory matters. The Head of Legal will also be responsible for driving legal digital transformation and building and developing the legal function within the organization. Applicants for the Head of Legal position at the company should have 12-15 years' of legal experience, including a background in a senior or leadership role. Strong expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management is essential, as is a Vietnamese Lawyer Practicing Certificate and fluency in both Vietnamese and English. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, with a proven track record in dispute resolution, and have strong leadership and people development capabilities. The role requires a professional with the ability to manage external counsel and authorities effectively, and who is adept at driving legal digital transformation initiatives.
