Head of Legal

The Company is seeking a Legal Lead / Head of Legal to be its primary legal advisor, providing strategic counsel that supports business growth and safeguards the organization's interests. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of legal matters, including legal governance, compliance, regulatory affairs, contract management, and dispute resolution. This role also involves promoting a strong culture of ethics, integrity, and risk awareness across the business. Key responsibilities for the Legal Lead / Head of Legal include providing strategic legal advice on commercial and operational matters, anticipating and mitigating legal, regulatory, and reputational risks, and leading contract governance for complex transactions. The role requires driving compliance programs, managing regulatory relationships, and overseeing disputes and litigation. The ideal candidate will have a law degree from a reputable university, be licensed to practice law in Vietnam, and have at least 12 years of legal experience, preferably in multinational environments. Strong knowledge of commercial, contract, employment, intellectual property, and regulatory law is essential, as is experience in advising multinational organizations and managing legal matters with various business partners. The role demands a professional with strong business acumen, capable of balancing legal risk management with commercial objectives.
